Demo Dema, also known as Karolina Dema and Virgile Demo, is an art duo based in Brussels, Belgium. Both artists graduated with a BA in Fine Arts Painting from the University of Brighton, UK, where they first met. Since 2019, they have been creating images together, renewing the concept of the art duo in the 21st century.

Karolina and Virgile produce works across a variety of media, including drawings, paintings, theatre sets, books, and furniture. Their images explore themes such as collective memory, the impact of international relations on everyday life, and the interaction between natural and human-made environments.

In 2021, their illustrations for the children's book L’Île des Mers Perdues became a permanent part of the collection at the French National Archives, a living archive of the French State since the Revolution of 1789. Furthermore, their work has been exhibited internationally, including in the UK (Hove Museum, Hove), France (La Bellevilloise, Paris), and the US (Bass & Rainer Gallery, San Francisco).

Demo Dema runs the Drawing Sesh, an online drawing school launched in the spring of 2020. Their workshops introduce students to playful approaches to image-making, and relevant contemporary artists from around the world.
