Piéce Détachée Magazine

A portrait of French fashion designer Simon Porte Jacquemus, to illustrate an article on “The Hats of Jacquemus” for French fashion magazine Pièce Détachée. An essential part of the designer’s collections, the hats are featured in different shapes and colours. For this illustration, Karolina Dema drew Jacqemus’ youthful portrait, adding the hats as collaged cut-outs. The flowers refer to the designer’s pop-up flower shop, and were added as drawn cut-outs by Karolina Dema & Virgile Demo.
